A Taste of Mexico at Meadowood featuring The Mascot
We invite you to an evening celebrating exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and one of Napa Valley’s most compelling wines—The Mascot.
This unforgettable dinner celebrates Mexican conviviality and the Michoacán roots of Meadowood chefs Alejandro and Jorge, through a multi-course menu inspired by traditional techniques and Napa Valley ingredients.
The evening begins with a welcome reception of passed bites and Ruinart champagne, during which Director of The Mascot Mollie Maisch will introduce the wines. Guests will then be invited to find their seats at communal tables to enjoy dinner and the 2008, 2018, and 2020 vintages of The Mascot, offering a rare opportunity to explore multiple vintages of this Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon—a Harlan family wine made from the younger vines of Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory.
The evening’s menu will feature an inspired selection of dishes, including Mushroom Chorizo, Huitlacoche Risotto, and Short Rib Mole Negro finished with a Cabernet reduction, along with a curation of additional culinary surprises.
